The Learning Commons provides college-wide, co-curricular access across our four campuses to academic support and tutoring services, supplemental instruction, learning strategies, research support and critical literacy, as well as robust library services and scholarly resources.
As the Dean of the Learning Commons Division, Som offers strategic leadership, fosters a unified organizational vision, and cultivates a collaborative team environment that promotes the professional growth and development of LC faculty and staff, as well as their research and scholarship. Additionally, Som provides service to the college and the discipline through numerous committees, working groups, and teams.

As the Associate Librarian for Collections, Resource Sharing, and Technical Services, Brady ensures that students, faculty, and staff can discover and access all print and electronic library materials made available by Tri-County Technical College and library partners throughout the United States. Brady also supervises the Technical Services Coordinator and Access Services Coordinator roles.

As the Instructional Librarian, Maddie provides exceptional library and information literacy instruction to Tri-County Technical College's students. She utilizes the ACRL Standards, Guidelines, and Frameworks to provide information literacy training to humanities courses across the college.

As the Access Services Coordinator, Faith provides high caliber customer service at the Information Desk. She assists Tri-County Technical College students, faculty, and staff obtain materials from the Learning Commons Collection, as well as from colleges and universities throughout the United States.

As a Learning Commons Assistant, Jaclyn assists students, faculty, and staff at the Easley Learning Commons. She guides students through the many resources and services available through the Learning Commons. In addition to her duties as the Easley Learning Commons Representative, Jaclyn assists with designing and hand coding the Learning Commons website.

As Assistant Director of the Learning Commons, Erin coordinates academic support programs and services within the Learning Commons, including, but not limited to tutoring services, Supplemental Instruction, early alert and academic recovery, research instruction, workshops, and makerspace activities, and collaborates in support of allied SSE programming. She oversees a team of over twenty staff members across Tutoring Services and the Community Campus Learning Commons.

As the Creative Technologies Librarian, Brittany directs the Learning Commons Makerspace. She is responsible for makerspace workshops and one-on-one consultations to help students develop and hone their technical skills.
